How do I pay my fees for the ‘Pay As You Go’ subscription service?
You simply estimate the amount of turnover you expect per month and then calculate the required fees.
These fees are then paid ‘on account’ and redeemable at any time upon email request.
How do I pay my monthly subscription fee?
You can pay your monthly subscription fee by Paypal or Bitcoin
All subscription fees are payable in advance.
What is minimum ‘on account’ amount required for PAYG subscriptions?
You must have a minimum balance of £5 at all times whilst on the PAYG subscription service.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and request any unused balance by email.
Bitcoin fees will be deducted from all refunded ‘on account’ balances.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes, you receive 2 months free when paying yearly in advance.
If you decide to leave during that year, you will only be billed the advertised monthly rate per month used.
Can I test using a sandbox account?
Yes, we have mirrored sandbox facilities for you to test everything before deploying to production.
Our sandbox facilities uses the Bitcoin TestNet for all transactions.
